Granting Green Futures

Dedicated to cultivating a thriving future for our planet, we support underserved and disadvantaged communities, farmers, ranchers, agricultural and environmental  organizations in their pursuit of sustainability, regenerative farming, and eco-friendly practices. Through funding and technical assistance, we empower these stewards of the land to implement innovative techniques that nurture both their livelihoods and the environment, fostering resilience in communities that need it most.

Our Main Focus

  • Our mission is to support underserved and disadvantaged  communities as well as farmers and ranchers committed to transitioning toward sustainable practices, fostering a greener future for our planet. We recognize the critical role agriculture, forests and various green spaces plays in shaping our environment, and we are dedicated to providing resources and assistance to empower these stewards of the land in their sustainability journey.

  • One of the key ways we fulfill this mission is by offering grants and funding opportunities tailored to the unique needs of these communities. These grants provide essential financial support, enabling individuals and organizations to adopt eco-friendly practices, invest in renewable energy solutions, and implement innovative technologies that reduce environmental impact.

  • In addition to financial assistance, we provide technical expertise and support to underserved and disadvantaged communities, farmers and ranchers transitioning to sustainable environmental practices and agriculture. Our team of experts offers guidance on implementing regenerative farming techniques, sustainable forestry, and fire mitigation strategies, as well as creating permaculture systems and carbon sinks to sequester carbon dioxide. We also provide education on carbon credits, allowing communities, climate conscious organizations, farmers and ranchers to explore additional revenue streams while contributing to climate change mitigation.

  • Through our collaborative efforts, we've helped communities, organizations, farmers and ranchers adopt eco-friendly initiatives that build sustainable, resilient agricultural systems. From restoring soil health and biodiversity to practicing fire mitigation and sustainable land management, our beneficiaries are leading the way in creating a greener, safer future for agriculture, forestry, and the planet.

Who You are

  • At Samiya Sanctuary, we understand the crucial importance of supporting communities, organizations, farmers, ranchers, and homesteaders who are dedicated to integrating sustainability and regenerative conservation practices into their operations. We believe that by prioritizing environmental stewardship, these individuals play a pivotal role in not only nourishing their communities but also in safeguarding our planet's natural resources for future generations. To ensure that our funding and technical assistance align with our mission of promoting sustainable agriculture, we have established specific criteria that guide our selection process.

  • One of the primary criteria we consider is the degree to which applicants demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and regenerative conservation. We prioritize projects that focus on practices such as carbon sequestration, permaculture, water conservation, and wildlife conservation forestry. These practices are instrumental in enhancing soil health, preserving biodiversity, mitigating climate change, and promoting overall ecosystem resilience.

  • Additionally, we evaluate the potential impact of proposed projects on carbon credits and carbon sequestration. Projects that have the capacity to sequester significant amounts of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere are given special consideration, as they not only contribute to climate change mitigation but also offer potential financial incentives through carbon credit markets.

  • Furthermore, we assess the feasibility and scalability of proposed projects, taking into account factors such as available resources, technical expertise, and long-term sustainability. We prioritize projects that demonstrate a clear plan for implementation and have the potential to serve as models for other farmers, ranchers, and homesteaders seeking to adopt similar practices.G

  • At Samiya Sanctuary, we support communities, organizations, farmers, ranchers, and homesteaders dedicated to sustainability and regenerative conservation. We evaluate projects based on sustainability commitment, carbon sequestration impact, and feasibility to ensure our funding and assistance promote sustainable agriculture and protect our planet's resources.GPT
